Singapore’s Changi Airport has been offering free tours for those in transit for at least five hours.
They are now offering two itineraries:

Daytime Heritage tour

Colonial District
Merlion Park
Chinatown
The Singapore Flyer
Gardens by the Bay
Marina Bay Sands
The Esplanade – Theatres by the Bay
Little India
Central Business District

Tour Timings: 9:00 am to 11:00 am 11:30 am to 1:30 pm 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm

City Lights Tour

Manila Bay Waterfront Promenade
Marina Bay Financial Centre
Bugis Village
Raffles Hotel

Tour Timings: 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
