2013 is the year of transition for me. It is full of lessons learned, realizations (as always!) and I can say that I am stronger, determined and inspired. Being in your mid-twenties isn’t easy. I…

Received My New Crumpler Bag

Posted: December 13th, 2013 | No Comments »

After having shared and won a new bag from Crumpler Philippines two weeks ago, I finally received the package yesterday.
Our friends from Crumpler sure knows that I’m a big fan of messenger bags. The have sent me the Icy Blue variant of The Seedy One. It’s a little different from my other Crumpler bags since this one’s made of canvass material. It’s big enough to fit my DSLR and Macbook Pro at the same time.
I’ll be using this for work in the next couple of weeks while I give my Western Lawn and my other laptop bag a rest.
Thanks again, Bag Nerds and Crumpler!

Best Cebu Blogs 2013

Posted: December 6th, 2013 | No Comments »

I remember joining the Cebu Bloggers Society about 6 years ago. The community has then grown, changed, and developed. Within the community, an initiative of a few number of people sprouted and thus the intent to recognize commendable bloggers and their blogs, came to be. Interestingly, I don’t know how it came to be but […]

RUB Ribs & BBQ Makati, now open!

Posted: December 1st, 2013 | No Comments »

I’m just so glad that RUB Ribs & BBQ has finally opened back their Makati branch last Friday. Although they have announced their soft-opening roughly a month ago, they have closed shop (for their Makati branch) for a couple of weeks shortly after.

Back when work was still in Globe Pioneer, we used to frequent RUB’s Kapitolyo branch in Pasig. Whether it’s for special occasions or for rewarding ourselves for a stressful day, RUB’s signature barbecue ribs has always been a must in our meals.
I’m just so glad they have opened their Makati branch which is just a 10 minute drive from where I live.
I capped my meal with my favorite dessert, Fried Oreos.

Visit their new branch at Nicanor Garcia (formerly Reposo) corner Baler Street, Makati City. They’re open from 11am to 10pm.
