A lot of Formula 1 fans all over the world are hyped up as they are expecting a lot of changes to this year’s F1 race than last years. This year, more teams came in, new tracks will be used and the return of Schumacher has been creating quite a big buzz. Practice has just finished in Bahrain and fans want to see results. Is Schumacher still the legend that he is? Did Alonzo make it good with the Ferrari team? How are the Ferrari cars are they better than last year? How about the new teams are they competitive?
It’s the first official track where everyone got a feel of how the F1 is going on. Drivers and teams get to test their strategies and cars on track for the first time. The media and fans also await just even on the practice day how the drivers are doing. Just […]

I had a haircut last Monday from David’s Salon in Robinson’s Otis. Here’s the result: (thanks to Carlos for taking this portrait)
OMG So nice right? But I have a problem… I need to dye my hair again because the color is running down!
Just this day, Friday, I had the time to go to another David’s Salon branch. This time it’s near my house in California Garden Square.
yeah… look at the colors of my hair.. so uneven already… These girls have been doing my hair every time I go there. They never fail to assist me and suggest colors and treatments that are right for me.
At night, we went to Dampa – Seaside to eat with friends. I was too hungry and I enjoyed my food too much that I forgot to take pictures of myself and my new do. I only remembered to cam-whore when I arrived home.
Here’s the RESULT!

Hello again! We are now on the 3rd week of our Share Your DiscOVIries Photo Contest. Big thanks to those who joined in the first two weeks. Really appreciate your entries! For this week, I am looking for the must-try ITEM discoveries.
Any item will do – whether it is the latest gadget, clothing, accessories – I don’t really mind. As long as it is something new, attention-grabbing and if possible, something that I might be interested in
Here’s a sample entry:
I bought my Panasonic DMC-LX3 after Christmas as a gift for myself. Though most people suggested that I get my own DSLR camera, I opted to buy this very nice point-and-shoot camera. Aside from it is handy, this gadget has a lot of nice features. It even inspired me to come up with a new video blog called Project52weeks, where i am posting some videos recorded using my LX3. […]

I covered the first pyromusical event before and blogged about it here. At that time, I was on the grounds and I received VIP tickets to cover it.
Then just last Sunday, Valerie and Paul invited us to watch the pyromusical on a yacht  It’s the same yacht that has been known recently for its Valentine Cruises.
That means, a rather more close-up view of the fireworks in a very classy and romantic setting and away from the crowd of people watching it at SM Mall of Asia.
In this case, pictures tell a better story than my words so please do enjoy viewing the pictures as much as I enjoyed taking them. Thank you Val and Paul, we really enjoyed the special experience. Thank you also to Sony Philippines for lending us their Sony XR520 HD Camcorder (watch the video of the pyromusical fireworks below).

Paramore in Manila is a post from: Batang Yagit
I went to Mall of Asia to watch Paramore’s concert but saw Callalily instead. A lot of Paramore fans didn’t like Callaliliy doing the front act that night. It’s like, “Hey, what are you guys doing up there? Shooo. Off the stage, off the stage!”. As for […]

March is a pretty hectic month for me in terms of traveling and because of that, I would like to apologize for the delayed announcement of the Week 2 winner of my Nokia Ovi Travel Destinations week. Thank you to those who sent their new travel discoveries! I really love them and thanks for giving me good travel ideas.
The winner for this week is Erik Josef Ladredo! Here’s the winning entry:
Camp Sabros in Kapatagan, Davao del Sur is a fun place to be in. The camp is about 2 hours from Davao City and is near the foot of Mt. Apo. It boasts one of the longest ziplines in the Philippines. It’s a bit isolated and has cottages for rent so it’s the perfect destination to get away from it all.
Hmmm… I’ve been to Davao last year, but I wasn’t able to check this place out! It’s about time for […]

I ran the 5k race and I got tired is a post from: Batang Yagit

The Underground River is also known as Subterranean River National Park, or St. Paul Underground River, or St. Paul’s Subterranean River National Park.
It is an 8-km navigable underground river which includes stalactites and stalagmites formations and several large chambers composing of limestones. Underground River is one of the 28 finalist for the Official New 7 Wonders of Nature!
Two batch listening attentively to bangkero.
Each batch has 1 flashlight to witness attentively the formation of the stones. There are mushroom-like, dinosaur-like, pseudo grotto, corn-like etc formations. It’s really amazing to see these natural formations.
Mushroom-like Stalactites
We are not allowed to touch the stalactites and stalagmites to preserve it’s natural formation. They only allow touching of limestones, but please do not stand if you want to touch it to prevent the boat from weight imbalance. He-he!
