Last weekend, I had the opportunity to try this newly opened “pamper place” in Greenhills called Organic Rituals. Quite a homey place I should say – very relaxing and private.
While waiting for my treatment to start, I decided to get some tea. And during that time, they were serving this lemon ginger tea which you […]

Trekking + Ropes Course + Longest Zipline? This ultimate 3-in-1 adventure can only be experienced in Outland Adventure Xcelerator in Davao City.
Charles Ortiz in inverted position.
When we arrived, I saw some photos of people who tried ziplining in inverted position. I dared myself to try that position as well as Cai and other bloggers, so our harness is different from others.
The crew orienting us.
Before the adventure starts, one of the crew orients us about certain preparations. We would be rafting across the lake to get to the other hill and trek on top where the zipline is set off so make sure to bring water or any drink.
Rafting. First batch going to the next hill to trek.
I didn’t have bottled water with me during the trek. I have to admit that I am not listening to the crew I thought I was going to die […]

A few days ago, the hashtag #charice is one of the top ten trending topics in Twitter (at least for about two hours LOL). I didn’t know that our very own Charice just turned 18 that day. I am quite sure that she is happy with how her life is going now especially the fact that her single ‘Pyramid’ is doing well in the charts.
Last May 11, 2010, Charice once again performed at The Oprah Winfrey Show, where she was recognized by Oprah Winfrey as one of the most talented kids in the world. You can still see the shy girl in Charice with the video (check Showbiz Gossips) and though I am not really a big fan of Charice, she really did make me proud. I am also impressed with her performance on that episode. I saw her perform live once during the Belo Medical Group Christmas Party in […]

Hello everyone, specially to my Filipino readers. So how was election day for you? How long did it take you to vote?
Mine was okay despite being in line for almost three hours. Good thing I brought with me some mineral water to help me fight the heat of the day.
That’s me after I casted my […]

Get ready for this CRAZY WILD experience and become an instant Zorbonaut! A typical zorb for recreation is 9 feet in diameter with shock absorber and harness inside constructed for two riders.
I was really excited to try this because I know it’s gonna be fun rolling down the hills with your partner inside, face-to-face, seeing each other SCREAMING!
Now, what are the preparations before zorbing? There are 4 to 5 people who will assist you before, during, and after the ride. They will make sure that the harness is secured enough to hold your body during the zorbing.
The first pair getting ready to roll down. They were already screaming!
If you are wearing closed shoes, make sure that your feet doesn’t stink. Shoes and slippers are not allowed inside the ball.
Kuya making sure that the harness is secured enough.
While the assistant is securing your harness, take a […]

Were you able to read my blog post yesterday? I mentioned in my wish list that I want a McDo Kiddie Party for my 23rd birthday. I got the idea from a friend who hosted a Christmas Party for us years ago. We had fun games complete with party hats, balloons and kiddie treats. I really want to have one that’s why I wrote the following:
Turning 23 in a Kiddie Way – Love Ko 'Toh!
MCDO KIDDIE PARTY – I want my very own Mc Donald’s Kiddie Party complete with party hats and balloons. I want to play games too with jackstones as the prize and yes, I want to see Grimace dance and clap his hands LOL. (Sorry Jollibee, Honey Bee. Had my Jolly Kiddie Party when I was six teehee)
Who would have thought that even before I published that blog entry, my Nyok friends were already planning a surprise […]

I’m turning twenty three years old a few hours from now. When I was nineteen years old, a friend of mine who has psychic powers predicted that things will change in my life once I turn twenty three in terms of career, love and life in general.
We did it, Honey Bee
Taurus people are known for being creative and emotional and I agree on that. I want to be emo right now, but I just can’t. Looking back at the previous months, I can say that I am really blessed – I’ve been to many places (Cebu, Tagaytay, Pampanga, Subic, Palawan, Dumaguete, Sumilon Island, Macau and Davao – From January to April pa lang ‘yan!), I still have a stable job (nothing beats getting paid doing what you really love to do!), My blogs are now improving (though less updated LOL), I have three short films under my belt […]

Going back to my Marinduque vacation, I’d like to share with you an interesting part of my stay there.
I checked-in at Boac Hotel, a very cozy place with friendly rates and hospitable staff. But aside from their free WiFi, I also enjoyed dining at Cafe Ma’Mita, their in-house restaurant.
There’s really nothing unique about their menu, […]
