Circuit 360 Fitness Club Opening in Makati

Coaches introduced the new layout of the circuit, plus an added weight station (not sure how to call it) and of course, their dance studio which would include pole dancing to be taught by the polecats.
The new branch in Makati is on 7th floor Dolmar Gold Tower, C. Palangca st., Legaspi Village, Makati.
I heard from my boyfriend who had a Taylor Lautner-like transition (from skinny to bulky), that free weights have more advantages than machines – well at least for him. Â Free weights use more muscles and it’s total body workout at its best.
