Early in the morning the group had to leave for an exciting trip to the mountains. Having lived for almost half of my life on the mountains, I was excited to see a different mountain aside from the ones I usually see at home. What was even more interesting was that we got to have […]

In another part of our trip in Davao, the gang was taken to a Zipline Center: Zipcity, the same one where I lost my zipline virginity a week before the Davao Food appreciation Tour 2011. This time I decided not too push through with zipping because I was low on budget and I wanted to […]

I am NOT a ramp model. I don’t do pageants (unless it’s a last year of school thing to do) and I most especially do NOT join contests involving vanity or obsession over one’s physical appearance. What you see on these photos, I can explain them. Really, I can…Â . . . . Okay, I […]

In one of my top three favorite cuisines, Italian happens to be one of them so I was rather excited to eat in Don Beppe’s. This small restaurant boasts of having authentic Italian cuisine and none of those fast food mumbo jumbo. Here you get the real deal with oven baked pizzas, delicious thin crusts, […]

Moving houses? Buying your own place? Need to shop for furniture? But how can you do it with flair?
Purchasing furniture is no easy task. One has to consider design, functionality, durability, and price, among others. Will the new sofa fit the allocated space for your 55sqm condominium unit? Does the old- fashioned chair look good against your wall? Does the dining table look too complicated that it veers away from its main purpose?
These are just a few of the questions I have in mind because I’m moving houses. I’m sure you are asking the same thing.
I recently hosted the launch of a new furniture store here in manila – GUS* and I was well pleased with the modern design of the furnitures and the quality of the details and the main pieces.

SIQUIJOR is one of the places in the Philippines that only a few people would dare to visit way back. Blame it on the media hype about the Balete tree and horror flicks with it as the prime location, it somewhat drove our kababayans away from this beautiful island. I have to admit that I […]
