The sudden proliferation of different ramen restaurants in Metro Manila could have surprised anyone but most of the good ones are actually scattered in the central and southern parts of the metro. A friend who’s working for the same company that owns Wrong Ramen in Bonifacio Global City gave us a call and invited us to Hanamaruken Ramen,their newly opened restaurant in Trinoma, North EDSA in Quezon City.

Hanamaruken (花丸轩) Ramen is a brand which originated in Osaka, Japan. Together with the franchise, their brought here Hanamaruken’s Signature Bowl of Happiness Ramen. I was told by my friend that the original Japanese owner had flew in to the Philippines to make sure that the chefs from the local franchise achieves the same level of happiness for each serving.
