You are broken in all places that can be broken.
And it’s okay to feel that way. It’s okay to recognize that you are hurting. You have feelings, you get it, and it’s totally okay.
It’s totally okay to wake up scared in the middle of the night. It’s totally okay not wanting to wake up at all.
It’s okay feeling dead in the day while you go about your responsibilities in life — trying to keep your back stretched high, your chin parallel to the ground, and then when the sun falls down and everyone’ has gone home you’d collapsed in a slump like your used clothes in the floor.
It’s okay to feel it. You really have to feel it. Feel it fully.
Acknowledge the fact that you are broken. It’s totally fine.
