I’ve heard much buzz about the river-side residence area about to rise in Mandaluyong area (near Makati) – Acqua Private Residences development under Century Properties.  A great thing about living in Mandaluyong, is that it’s pretty much at the center of everything: Makati, The Fort, Pasig, Mania and even QC is accessible.  

 
It is pretty exciting as Century Properties is currently starting to build the 5th tower called “Acqua Iguazu.”  The word Iguazu was inspired after the Iguazu Falls located in the area where Brazil and Argentina converge.  Iguazu also translates to “Big Water” and this is indeed is the inspiration behind the Iguazu Tower that seats right beside the Pasig river.  If you come to think of it, overlooking the Pasig river is quite a pretty sight.  I once lived in a […]
