Bought My Own Place

It was one of those times when I went to the mall and window-shopped… then I bought my new place.
Seriously.
The truth is, I’ve been planning on buying my own flat.  Currently, I am renting for a monthly fee.  I have been doing this for almost a year now, and realized that after I payed for it, it becomes an expense.
As an accountant, I should know how to take advantage of my finances.  I realized, that what I’ve been shelling out, need not be an expense, but an investment.  So, I have been trying to find a place for myself… I just found it in a mall, and decided on the spot to buy it!
