I know it’s not fun to have lactose intolerance. But there are some things we can do to minimize the ill effects of lactose intolerance. There are likewise some home remedies we can try. Here’s some help:
Ill effects or symptoms […]

This is the unofficial lyrics ermmm kinda decoded by me (playing it over and over again to capture the lyrics yow!)
I just heard this over the radio while I was driving and it helped me calm down while I was stuck in traffic. It was raining and EDSA looked like a parking lot and this played and I wuz like
!!!
Anyway I was searching for this song for the longest time!!! I even bothered everyone at plurk because I was desperate to know just the title or the singer! It’s because I could not find a decent search result in google for “you are the one for me lyrics”… Fortunately, I remembered that I have a friend who is a music lover of this genre by the name of Kishtelly-yow-wee! XD
I could not find any lyrics on the web and I […]

Three years ago, our journey began…
We knew each other’s names, but we don’t really know each other that well. I’ve heard of your name since I was in high school because you are the biggest competitor of my puppy love. I’ve seen you walk around the campus like a walking encyclopedia with your nerd-ish hairstyle and geekish glasses. Still, I find you attractive because you do really look good on your white uniform.
Call it a stroke of luck, we suddenly clicked as friends. I remember I was nursing a heartbreak due to a friend’s revelation that he is getting married. You asked me to accompany you go around the campus and inspect for the election posters. The funny thing there is you were narrating stories i never thought i’d hear. To be honest, I was impressed. I never thought that someone like you, who is very much loved and adored […]

Since I have a D40 body and I bought a non-VR lens, I need to get used to doing manual focus. Auto focus is much of a big help but the pros lived without it before XD Many don’t like this lens and reviews say, it’s better to buy the auto focus one (with VR) but I got it for a really cheap bargain that’s why I bought it and it still serves my main purpose of taking great pictures. Â Or, you might find me buying a new body after 2 years XD.
Why telephoto zoom… I need it for my surfing and Formula 1 Photography. I don’t know if the f/4 – f/5.6G would suffice my need to take sharp pictures but we’ll see! Follow my blog and I will upload surfing pictures about last week of the month since I have a scheduled surfing trip […]

Imagine a phone that does the job of recharging itself. The geniuses at Finnish company Nokia in Cambridge, UK invented a new charging system that harnesses the infinite amount of radio waves that surrounds us, and converts the electromagnetic radiation into electricity to power a cellular phone battery. These radio waves can come simply from your own television set, wifi transmitters, radios, or any device with antennae. Still in the experimental stages, Nokia foresees this technology to go mainstream in 3-5 years. For now, they are working on getting the charger to generate 20 milliwatts, enough for a phone to run on stanby mode forever. About double that, we can do voice calls for whatever lengths we desire, load permitting.
Would you buy this cellphone?

Don’t read this if you are for Manny Villar.
A random posts. I’m just sick of watching Manny Villar’s TV ad over and over.
According to this youtube user, a 30 seconds TV ad costs P300,000+ depending on the time of airing and TV Network.
The newest Manny Villar TV Ad: with Boy Abunda. Let’s calculate the estimated costs of this Ad.
3-minute airtime = P900,000
Boy Abunda’s talent fee. Last 2007 Election, Boy Abunda said that he don’t accept talent fees from politicians, I don’t believe that. Let’s say P500,000?
TV Ads appears 2-3 times a day
Cost is P4,200,000 x 7 days (the Ad is teleserye) = P29,400,000
Enough to build free houses for the poor, industrial for unemployed, free education for children.
About P30,000,000 or more than is being wasted and if they win, what’s next? I’m not just talking about Manny Villar.

The Daily Top 10 Posts WordPress plugin has been updated and fully tested on WordPress 2.8.
It’s not a major update, but I included a feature that many have been clamoring for — the ability to exclude certain posts or pages from tracking. You will need to edit the file manually. When I find the time you will be able to do this through the admin panel. For now, we’ll have to go manual. To exclude posts, open up the plugin file and edit the line (~99) that reads:
$EXCLUDE = “”;
Between the double quotes, type the ID’s of posts you don’t want to track. You can figure out the ID’s by looking at Posts > Edit.
Your code should look something like this:
$EXCLUDE = “5,7,9,104,110,250”;
Do this ONLY if you want to disable tracking on specific posts. Otherwise, leave the code as is. Disabled posts will […]

Sometime last month, Jeff a.k.a. Singing Blogger and I recorded a song together. Well, we were not really together inside a room, but I was able to record my vocals and I sent it to him through ym. He did the editing stuff and viola! we have our own version of Careless Whisper!
When the song was “released” online, a lot of people were wondering if we met up prior to that recording. Just saw him twice (Tv5 Videoke and Ipanema) and we only managed to say hi and hello. I am really a fan of his eversince I heard his version of Angels so there
Thanks to Pinoy Popcast, Jeff and I finally met up last week and recorded a song together!
Thanks to Pinoy Popcast for inviting us as their special guest for the second episode. Jonel invited me to be a part of the show and I thought […]
