My boy brought home a bag of Soyami chips for me to try!  And since I love sharing my wonderful discoveries, ta-da blog post for you to read!
Soyami is a snack brand that is made out of Soya!  It is actually highly recommended by “The Biggest Loser” Pinoy edition!
Now if you ask me if it’s also So Yummy? My answer is a definite yes!  I love that they didn’t pour too much flavoring powder, just right to enjoy the chips!
It’s also high in calcium – in fact, it has more calcium than 8oz  glass of milk!
Healthy snack – guilt free!

Ever since I discovered Pole Dancing, my life changed.  It affected me in so many ways that it even cured my quarter-life crisis drama.
I started Pole-dancing by mid April of this year.  And until now, I dedicate 2 – 3 one-hour class every week for pole training!  Dancing has been my first love (career wise).  If ever I could do something forever that would be dancing!
I’m happy that I have advanced from Beginners 1 to Beginners 2… and just yesterday, I have advanced to Intermediate class  I have never felt this strong in my life!  I really feel that I can do so much more with this new strength I have.  I can carry my own stuff now, my back hurts less and for some reason, I don’t get […]

Drinking Sikwate in Bohol

Posted: October 7th, 2011 | No Comments »

What is sikwate? If you grew up in Manila, like me, you’d probably have no idea what it is too. But during my visit in Bohol earlier this year, I was finally introduced to this decadent drink. Yes it’s decadent because it’s basically a hot chocolate drink made from cacao seeds or tableya. Now that’s […]

A Toast to Bianca King’s Success!

Posted: October 7th, 2011 | No Comments »

The GMA-7 afternoon drama series Sinner or Saint will end today. I don’t have my own TV here in my room that’s why I am able to catch some episodes via Youtube, a habit a learned when I stayed abroad for three months. This project serves as Bianca King‘s first lead role in a teleserye […]

100% Filipino-made 10-in-Coffee especially made for Pinoys

For most Filipinos, breakfast will not be complete without a cup of  piping hot coffee. There are even others who can survive until lunch time by just drinking coffee— brewed or instant.
Now comes a unique coffee experience for Filipinos. Moreishi 10-in-1 coffee is not your ordinary instant coffee because it combines coffee, non-dairy creamer, fructose, and seven premium herbs in one sachet.
Coffee lovers will surely love it because of its engaging taste and the health benefits that they can get from every cup they drink.
It’s the only BFAD-approved coffee in the market that uses seven of the 10 herbs recognized by the Department of Health as “medicinal plants.” Frequent drinking of Moreshi-10-in-1 Coffee improves one’s over-all health condition as it boosts the immune system to […]

Lovi Poe and Paulo Avelino wants to bite and get bitten!

Posted: October 5th, 2011 | No Comments »

It is a tradition in the movie industry (international and local) to come up with a film that will scares or haunts its audience. It is already proven in the previous years that this genre sells – even if it talks about death and insanity. This year, Mother Lily’s Regal Entertainment Inc. brings you the […]

I’ve been loving my HTC ChaCha! I think I was one of the first few people to *own* it because I won it through Smart-HTC launch!
It’s an amazing phone and I thought it is priced really high because of the touch screen and the qwerty physical keyboard!  But, you can get it at P15,500 and you can it for free through a Smart P1000 plan!

HTC ChaCha Unboxing by Flair Candy

Things I do with my HTC Chacha:
– update my social media with that Facebook button that’s very convenient. They didn’t tag this phone as the “Facebook phone” for nothing
– broadcast / lifecast via justin.tv with HTC as my mobile camera.  I live streamed myself while packing before my flight to Singapore and surprisingly I had like 43 views constant.  Recorded live stream link.

When in Dagupan, you must visit the origins of Plato Wraps!
We know that Plato Wraps here in Manila are just food carts, but you should visit the place that started it all.
Plato Wraps started humbly at a local bakeshop in the lovely province in Dagupan.  The owners wanted to create something unique out of their breads and had this brilliant idea of wrapping things!
It’s a great concept especially that people here in Manila are always in a rush!  People almost do everything at the same time including walking and eating!  Or eating while working in their workstations!
I always pass by Pangasinan especially when I go surfing in La Union, but I never dropped by to stay.  Recently, I had a talk with 300 ++ students of Lyceum Northwestern University together with […]

Plato Wraps at Franchise Expo 2011 – Endless Business Possibilities

Lately, I’ve been reading the past issues of Entrepreneur Philippines. I was able to collect some copies through relatives and since I am now thinking of ways on how to generate income, the concept of setting up a business caught my interest. Too bad no one in the immediate family owns a business since they’d […]

Random Thoughts While Watching ‘No Other Woman’

Posted: September 29th, 2011 | No Comments »

‘PEDRING’ invaded the country by storm and it is unfortunate that once again, our country was ‘visited’ by another typhoon. For the first time this year, we experienced brownout here at home. Last Thursday night, I slept at 9AM and woke up at 12pm for lunch. Went back to bed and woke up at 7pm […]

Where will you be tomorrow?

Posted: September 29th, 2011 | No Comments »

For a lot of people, tomorrow is just another end of the month day. Perhaps some are going to celebrate their birthday on this day but for others it’s just another ordinary day. If the 30th of September is just another ordinary day for you, McDonald’s can make it extra ordinary! Tomorrow, Mcdonald’s will continue to celebrate their 30th anniversary in the Philippines. They just want to make the last day of my birthday month very special by having a contest together with the simultaneous re-opening of the 4 branches (Makati Cinema Square, Greenhills, North Avenue, and Quezon Avenue). Those were the answers to my previous guessing game sponsored by McDo. If you enjoyed that one, this one’s going to be more exciting with bigger prizes at stake. Mcdonald’s just can’t resist having only one contest because they want to give more! Below are the […]

Two beautiful ladies, one hunky!
Starring: Derek Ramsay, Christine Reyes and Anne Curtis

When it comes to local Pinoy movies, I try not to watch the trailer at all.  Because most of the time they kinda give out everything.  I’m glad I didn’t watch the trailer because I had no clue at all what’s going to happen.
But if you insist, here’s the trailer.  Don’t say I didn’t warn you

My Review of No Other Woman
I was shocked that the seats were full on a Wednesday afternoon.  Take note, there were still offices at that time… and so we had to buy tickets for the evening instead which was almost full too.
It’s a movie about temptation.
In an adult world, this mostly happens now.  And I know a lot of people can relate making […]
