My Search for the best Lifestyle Program
I have always been looking for a lifestyle program (not diet program) that will totally give me a healthy and fit physique, but also sustainable. Sustainable in a sense that it does not make me depressed or cause a certain imbalance in other aspects of my being.
Ever since February, I stopped eating meat (beef, pork chicken) and decided to have a pescatarian diet (veggies, seafood and eggs). This is because for some reason, my nosebleed is triggered by eating meat.
I thought I would lose weight, because after all, I gave up meat as a part of my diet. I only lost around 2-3 lbs in 3 months. Not much progress.

My favorite hotel booking site just announced their latest treat for Filipino travel junkies! From April 8 – 22, Agoda is offering instant room upgrades in eight of the Philippines’ favorite destinations – Manila, Cebu, Boracay, Bohol, Davao, Batangas, Angeles City and Tagaytay.

Last year, I won a contest hosted by Solar Entertainment and Jack City. I joined the contest with my dear friend and fellow Smart Ambassador – Ynnah. I won tickets to Coron but just a few days before our trip flights were canceled and we chose to fly to Batanes instead.
I was very excited! Coron and Batanes are my 2 dream destinations in the Philippines. Coron, wait for me I’ll come back for you!
So we flew to Batanes at 5:30am and we arrived in Basco, Batanes at 6:45am. It was a good flight, actually I don’t know coz I slept the entire time from the moment we left Terminal 4. Lucky I woke up just right, and I woke up greeted by clouds everywhere and suddenly, the clouds cleared and I was greeted by this!

What a great day for playing Pokemon! I have been catching up on the Pokemon Omega Ruby game that Matt gave me for Christmas â¤ï¸ I was so busy during the Christmas season that I am just playing it now.
Today you can already get the Samurott with a hidden/special ability. Just type the code POKEMON503 in Mystery Gift to get it!
I also found a quite big secret base along route 121. I can finally use the stairs and the glitter mat I got somewhere along the game
To top off this lovely day, I finally caught a shiny Pokemon! It’s a shiny Dolphan. I was trying to sweep this 1 area for Pokemon with special abilities and I had to do it over and over again and then voila! Shiny Pokemon yaye!

Yesterday, I drove down south for our launch in 360 Fitness Plus Alabang! I was coding so I drove there way early (before 3pm). I stayed in UCC at Westgate Center to work a little.
I love this place! It was just a quick trip because I took the Skyway from EDSA. Once you get down the Alabang exit, just turn left to find Westgate Center. It looks like Pleasantville! You can park your car by the street and parking fee is just affordable! For 7 hours, I only paid P45!
We prepared for our launch that happened yesterday, February 10 by giving out goodies to the ones who will be attending our launch trial classes. Thank you to our sponsors for supporting our pole passion!

So, I used to be a proud owner of a MacBook Pro 13′, but when we went to Boracay and I had to bring it for work, I felt it was too heavy for my traveling lifestyle. I decided to downgrade (or upgrade?) to the lightest MacBook I can find – the 11′ MacBook Air 2014 model.
This time, I bought it from Power Mac in Rockwell. I got it for 44,900. A worthy investment, I’m sure this will last me 10 years if I really take good care of it.
Why I love Apple products?
I used to hate them, really like why would I buy an overpriced gadget when I could by a similar device that could function the same at a price way lower than that of Apple?

We’ve been together for almost 2 years and we haven’t eaten in Chili’s yet. Finally, we decided to have our New Year’s dinner here
We ordered Big Mouth Burger Bites and Triple Dipper Our bill was Around 1,100 ++ in total. I think it was too kuch for 2 people but Would be enough if you both are really really hungry!

One of the many perks of heavy training such as pole dancing, is that you’re allowed to eat after. You need to fuel the muscles that are tired and fatigued to replenish or repair them – to make you stronger. We were practicing for our Polecats Manila 5th Year Anniversary: PRISM when I thought it would be best to just order food. I stayed in Malaysia for about 11 days in total just this November. This is the longest stay I had in a foreign country.
