My Own FitFlops!

Earlier, I blogged about how Pole Dancing has helped me get over Quarter Life Crisis. I will do whatever it takes to keep dancing from now on   There are many things you I need to improve with my body for a long lasting pole career and that would have to be working on my flexibility, getting stronger and more toned legs so that I can grip the pole better.  These things I have to work on will surely give me more health benifits as well! 
I noticed the teachers in our Pole Class better known as the Polecats wear these FitFlops… I’ve heard a great deal about them helping people avoid back aches and toning your legs… A gym within a shoe (or sandals)
